The Print Station

The true forge. On Average I have 3 Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra's firing at all times cooking up your orders.

Resin Used: Sunlu ABS-Like Dark Grey. I've experimented with many different resins, including making my own blend for durability. In the end I've found this to be the best for both the customer and my printing experience. I'm able to get that crisp 8k detail and breaks on delivery have almost completely disappeared.

What kind of glue can I use on resin mini's? My preference is Gorilla Super Glue Gel.

Can I sand and pin resin mini's? Absolutely! just keep in mind it can be softer than plastic so go easy with sanding. Also, the resin I use takes very well to pinning.

The Wash Station

Easily the most important part of 3D printing ensuring our safety in this experience. Uncured resin is extremely toxic and I've learned the hard way getting lazy with PPE. I put dunk all orders in a tank of dirty resin before putting them through a 30min wash cycle in clean 99% isopropyl alcohol. If there is any residual resin left over I throw it in the Ultra Sonic Machine for 3mins to remove it.

What should properly cured resin feel like? It shouldn't feel excessively rubbery, or brittle.

What should you do if you went with a cheaper option on Etsy and you believe they sent you uncured mini's? This is very common and something I hear from a lot of customers. You can put it in the sun for a few minutes and allow the natural UV rays to cure it. I recommend washing your hands immediately with dish soap and not touching your eyes

What is that science experiment in the picture? IPA is easily one of the biggest expenses of resin printing. I keep the IPA clean by running it through the grey conduit box lined with LED lights which cures the resin pulled from the mini's. It is then run through a 1 Micron, and .5 Micron filter before returning to the tank.

The Cure Station

Everything here should be clean in theory. I still use gloves on the mini's until they're ran for 60 seconds in my curing station. After this gloves are off, everything is safe to touch and we're off to shipping!

The Shipping Station

Where I box, weigh, and ship. Last stop on my end before reaching you.

The Stock Room

I always try to maintain enough materials in order to be prepared for order surges
